As a Texas cottage food bakery, Easy Street Bake Co is currently able to serve customers within the state of Texas only.
What is the lead time for orders?
We recommend booking your custom order at least 2 weeks in advance. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially during the holiday season.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our minimum order is 1 dozen (12 cookies) per custom design. For larger events, we are happy to scale up to fit your needs.
How much do custom cookies cost?
Pricing starts at $65 per dozen. Final cost depends on the level of design complexity, number of colors, and any specialty packaging. See pricing page for more information.
Do you offer rush orders?
Depending on availability, rush orders (under 2 weeks) may be possible for an additional fee. Please contact us to check current openings.
Do you provide dietary alternatives?
Currently, we only offer our signature vanilla bean recipe. We do not provide gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free options at this time.
What are the delivery or pickup options?
We are a local bakery in the Houston area. We offer pickup for all orders. Delivery may be possible for an additional fee. We try to accommodate delivery requests but cannot guarantee it.
how does payment work?
a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process. after the deposit is received, I'll begin creating your custom cookie designs and will send them to you for approval. at that time, the remaining balance will be due in full to officially secure your spot on my calendar.
